Caring Life Services is seeking an attentive and trustworthy caregiver to join our team at in providing excellent care to our clients. 
The caregiver will follow a daily care schedule with clients, report on any new conditions or needs that may arise. Assist with all ADL's and IADL's.
To succeed as a caregiver you should be patient, empathetic, and have strong people skills. You should be observant and committed to making your client feel safe and comfortable.

CASES:

Cambria - 
EBENSBURG - Male - Tues/Thurs 9-430pm. Light cleaning, carry groceries, companionship
JOHNSTOWN - Male - Tuesday/Friday 9am to 2 or a 10-3.
JOHNSTOWN - FEMALE - Monday/Wednesday/Thursday 9-1/9am to 2pm, Grocery assistance, aid with schedule and light cleaning.
PORTAGE - FEMALE who needs reliable daily assistance. Husband is home but client is bed bound and training will be provided.

Indiana - 
Female in Clymer - weekends 9am to 11pm - Driver to take her out and about, loves to people watch. 
Male in Blairsville - 21 hours a week - Monday Wednesday and Fridays 9-4. Maintain a routine. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Mobility
• Prepare meals and snacks
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Provide companionship
• Assist with toileting 
• Assist with all ADL's 

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• PA Valid Driver’s License/PA ID – No out of state ID’s
• Be able to pass a criminal background check
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
• TB test prior to working with clients
• Must be at least 21 years or older
